North Shore Policing Centre

This subcontract for Harbour involved the construction of a new facility for the North Shore Police consisting of 3,500m2 office space, 4,000m2 cell units and one complete floor of carparking.

The start up work involved carrying out extensive foundations and precast retaining walls to three different platforms, which was closely followed by a mix of insitu walls and a large number of insitu columns and then a combination of precast floor systems. Harbour carried out all of the insitu works, slabs on grade and suspended slabs. This was then followed by specialised wear slabs for heavy traffic over suspended floors.

Harbour also completed the carpentry work.
